Is browsing Boothly still free?

Yes — searching events, expressing interest, getting on the newsletter, and listing your own event are all free, forever. The paid plans above are optional upgrades for vendors and organizers who want a head start.

How does the Featured Event Listing actually work?

Submit your event using the organizer form — no payment required. We'll review it within 24 hours and email you to confirm details. We then mark your event with the gold "Featured" badge, pin it to the top of your city's grid, include it in the next Tuesday newsletter (which goes to ~800 vendor subscribers), and post about it once on our IG / TikTok / Facebook. After 30 days, we'll send you a recap of views and vendor inquiries.

What's actually inside the Pro Vendor Bundle?

City-specific vendor handbooks (with real organizer contacts and unwritten rules per metro), a booth fee ROI calculator (a Google Sheet you can copy), application templates that have a track record of getting approved, pricing benchmarks by category, and an expanded version of our free Vendor Starter Kit with ~30 additional pages of strategy. How does the Done-For-You Application service work?

You pick the events from Boothly's listings (or send us a list). We fill out the vendor application using your business info — including the long-answer questions where most applicants get lazy and lose points. We also flag any prerequisites (sales tax permit, cottage food license, insurance) you'll need before applying. 48-hour turnaround per application. If we can't find a suitable event for you, we refund the package.

Do you offer discounts for nonprofits or first-time vendors?

Yes — first-time vendors using the Pro Bundle can email getboothly@gmail.com for a discount code. Nonprofits running events are always welcome — listings are free for everyone during our launch period, so just submit through the organizer form.

Do you do invoicing or company payments?

Yes — for organizers needing an invoice instead of card payment (often the case for chambers of commerce, larger event production companies, or anyone needing a W-9), email getboothly@gmail.com and we'll send a Stripe-issued invoice.

What about subscriptions or annual plans?

We're keeping things simple while we grow. If you'd like to feature multiple events or run a regular vendor outreach program (e.g., a weekly market, a multi-city festival series), email us — we'll set up a custom package that works for your rhythm.
